All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
SAR USA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and product
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to:
